Sooo thankful

It might be too little too late, but I am so thankful for my baby showers and to the people that threw them for me. My first shower was with family and friends and it was organized by Mamie and Libbie, and we had so much fun. I love my sister-in-laws and am so thankful for all they do for me. They did such a great job, the food was fantastic, we played some fun games, and just enjoyed each other.

The second baby shower was from work with my coworkers from the theater, but it was organized and hosted by Diane, she is manager there and I spent many hours working with this wonderful lady. She did all the work for my shower herself and I am so thankful for all she did, everything was perfect and we had a great time. She is such a nice and selfless person, I feel so blessed to know her and to be her friend.

We got so many amazing presents that are so useful, I have so much fun dressing Yasen in the cute clothes he got and there are so many presents that we will be using when he grows older and we can’t wait. Tyson and I are so thankful to all of you for all the presents, the advice, support and love.

He is everything

Our baby boy is growing so much and so fast. He is our little sunshine and he makes us so happy. He is showing his little personality and we love it, he loves to eat (this why he is such a chunk), he loves his hands, loves to sleep on grandma, and she loves to hold him, he has old man hair, makes the cutes faces and he loves to take a bath. He is doing really well, I just wish he was sleeping better at night, but I was fortunate to have my mom for such a long time, and I am so blessed to be stay at home mom and being able to take care of my little baby. Here are some pictures of him. He is a cutie!

Our cute little baby

Yasen Allen Reil

born 10/08/09

20 inches

6 lbs 6 oz

Exactly one month ago today our baby was born. The only reason I am updating this so late is because I have been so busy with my little boy. Being a mom is wonderful, he's a good baby sleeping and eating a lot. He has gained so much weight, 3 lbs in three weeks and grew 1 inch amazing! I get so much help, my mom is here and she does so much, too bad I have her for only one more week, but I am enjoying all the help, her company, and pray that I will be able to do it all without her. Yasen has all of us wraped around his little finger, Tyson adores his little boy and loves being a dad and I feel so blessed to have them in my life. Here are some pictures of our cutie sweetie.

Trips!

Family Reunion
Two weeks ago we had the Reil’s family reunion in Camp Ensign. It was more like real camping compared to the last year’s, but was still so much fun. We were able to enjoy family, have lots of fun, and good food. Things were different for me this year since I’m pregnant and couldn’t do much, but it was nice to just spend time with the family.

Tyson loves his cute nieces

Seattle
Last weekend we went to Seattle to visit Tyson’s best friend Kyle and his family. That was the first time for us to visit since they moved there. On Saturday we went to down town Seattle, we had lunch at The Crab Pot. Our friends saw the restaurant featured on the travel’s channel show “Man vs. Food” and although we are not big seafood eaters we agreed to try it out, it was delicious and we had a great time there. We also visited Pike street market and I thought it was pretty cool I have never been in down town Seattle before and it reminded me of home, I can’t
wait to return again and see some more.

They dumped all the food in the table, which was part of the expience!I loved it!

I have my life back, YAY!!!

I finally finished school on Friday and now I am taking a big break. Don’t get me wrong I like school and I am really thankful to be going to school, I just had too many classes and was working all the time and at times was a bit overwhelming. Now I am going to focus on being pregnant, read pregnancy books and baby magazines, also I want to take it easy while I can and have fun with my husband. I want to be better with keeping up with my blog (you all have to keep me accountable for that), see lots of movies, organize pictures and music. Some of the things I am looking forward to:
· Swimming
· 4th of July party at Gretchen’s house
· Reil’s family reunion
· Trips with my handsome husband
· Learning some photography
· Eating lots of watermelon, as it happens to be my favorite
I am looking forward to a great summer and I wish all of you the same!

We are having a baby boy!

Hello again after what seems like years of not posting. There are so many things happening in our little family I just needed to find the time to share them. We are pregnant and we are having a boy. At the first ultrasound they gave us the date of October 16th, that didn’t work with our dates of how far along we are so today when I talked to my doctor he said to go off the date of my last period, and the revised due date is October 21st. I know anything could happen, but I am glad that the due date is not on my birthday anymore; I just believe that everyone deserves their own special day. I can feel the baby kick already and it is so cute it makes me smile every time, it actually took me awhile to recognize them as kicks because they are so slight and gentle and feel like a little bubble, it is hard to even describe. Tyson is able to feel the baby too and he is so happy and both of us are really excited for this little miracle growing inside my belly. Here are pictures from the last ultrasound, he looks so cute and he has a big belly. Also a picture of me pregnant I am not really showing yet, at the time of the picture I was 18 weeks and three days. I will try to be better at posting, so this way all of you can be part of this important event.
